This is a longer term and open-ended therapy that enables you to have the time and space to really delve into the deeper issues that may be affecting you and your life. This helps you to access any unhelpful patterns of thinking and behaviour and enables the self to process those locked in thinking processess that can be from past experiences. The way that we will work with this is within the AEPT model of theory to which looks at the patterned matching of emotions that are linked to any past trauma experience. This then enables for a changed way of being and thinking.
